Please read these terms carefully before using NestLink. They govern your use of our platform and form a legal agreement between you and NestLink. We've written them to be as clear and readable as possible.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NestLink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NestLink. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other individuals who access or use the Service in any capacity. Your continued use of NestLink following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Description of Service

NestLink is a link-in-bio platform that enables users to create a personalised, publicly accessible profile page at nestl.ink/[username]. The Service allows you to aggregate links, social media profiles, contact details, and other content into a single shareable URL. NestLink is provided on a free-to-use basis. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers, modify existing features, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance without prior notice.

Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of NestLink, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to keep that information up to date. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account; users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. You must notify NestLink immediately at security@nestl.ink of any suspected unauthorised access or security breach. NestLink cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You may not create accounts using automated means, register multiple accounts for abusive purposes, or transfer your account to another person without our written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use NestLink only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not use the Service to: publish or distribute spam, phishing content, malware, or any other harmful or deceptive material; impersonate any individual, organisation, or entity; violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation; infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; post content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or that promotes violence or illegal activity; engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Service or its infrastructure; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from NestLink without our written permission; or attempt to circumvent any security measures, access controls, or usage restrictions. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including removal of content, suspension, or termination of accounts.

Username Policy

Usernames are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and form part of your public profile URL at nestl.ink/[username]. You may not register a username that: infringes a third party's trademark or other intellectual property rights; impersonates a real person, brand, or organisation without authorisation; is offensive, vulgar, or otherwise contrary to community standards; or is registered speculatively for the purpose of resale or to prevent legitimate use by others. NestLink reserves the right to reclaim, reassign, or permanently remove any username at its sole discretion, including where a username is inactive for an extended period, is the subject of a legitimate third-party claim, or violates these Terms. In the event of a dispute over a username, NestLink's decision shall be final.

User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish on NestLink ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant NestLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the User Content you submit, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. NestLink's platform, design, code, trademarks, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of NestLink and may not be copied, modified, or used without our express written permission. You may not use our trademarks or logos in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior consent.

Privacy & Data

Your use of NestLink is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. NestLink processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 where applicable. You may exercise your data rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) at any time by contacting privacy@nestl.ink.

Termination

You may close your account at any time through your account settings, which will result in the deactivation of your profile page and the deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. NestLink reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or acted in a way that is harmful to other users, third parties, or NestLink itself. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall continue to apply.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. NestLink does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NestLink and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the total amount you have paid NestLink in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at legal@nestl.ink so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. This requirement does not affect any right you may have to seek emergency injunctive relief.

Changes to Terms

NestLink may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email or by displaying a prominent notice within the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of NestLink after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may close your account. The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated.
