Any links, bio text, images, or other content you add to your NestLink profile.

We collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with your profile page, such as link clicks and page views, to provide your analytics.

IP address, browser type, device type, and referring URL collected automatically when you use the service.

To create and maintain your account, display your profile page, and deliver the features you use.

To show you aggregated statistics about your profile's performance. We do not sell individual-level data.

To send transactional emails (e.g. email confirmation, password reset). We will not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.

Required for authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

Used to understand aggregate usage patterns. We use privacy-first analytics and do not use third-party ad trackers.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time.

NestLink does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We share data with trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, email, database) under strict data processing agreements.

We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide the service.

When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Aggregated, anonymised analytics are retained for up to 24 months.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time.

You can update most of your personal information directly from your account settings.

You can delete your account and associated data from your settings, or by contacting us.

You can request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.

Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel who need it to operate and maintain the service.

In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.
